Explore a world of creativity with our arts-based activities which include: painting, drawing, textiles, crafts, clay modelling and poetry. Our creative offerings are designed to foster self-expression, ignite inspiration and provide a fulfilling space where individuals with ADHD can unleash their artistic potential.

Embrace the joy of movement with our inclusive range of activities designed to celebrate every body. Our inclusive movement modalities include: dance, creative and expressive movement, yoga/chair yoga, mindfulness walks and exercise. These activities contribute to improved executive function and boost overall wellbeing.

Our mindfulness activities include: meditation, sound healing, yoga nidra and breathwork. These relaxing practices provide valuable tools for managing ADHD symptoms, whilst promoting emotional wellbeing and self-awareness.

We are building a vibrant and supportive community for individuals with ADHD both in Merseyside and afar! From engaging social events to laid-back tea and chat groups, our activities provide a welcoming space for individuals to share experiences, offer support and build meaningful connections.
